How would you describe your style?

A.Our style is natural and candid, capturing the emotion as it happens! Our sessions are generally a lot of fun and we focus more on interaction than posing. We like watching the character of each subject unfold!

How do we view/receive our photographs?

A.Portrait Sessions & Packages: 2-3 weeks after your session your photos will be available for viewing & download in a private online gallery.

Wedding Galleries: Our wedding turnaround is about 8-10 weeks. You will be able to download the entire gallery to your desktop and can download individual images to any device!

How long do we have to make purchases?

A.After viewing your images, your online gallery will be available for 14 days. This gives you the option to download and store your images permanently. We offer a selection of prints, products, and USB drives throughout our gallery store that can be helpful in turning these moments into precious keepsakes! If your gallery expires before you download your images, send us an email to request a reinstatement. A small fee will apply.

How many pictures will we receive?

A.Our biggest focus is quality over quantity; we typically deliver between 30 and 50 images per session hour. This applies to weddings, events, and lifestyle sessions as well as typical portrait sessions.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

A.We completely understand that life can change our plans in the blink of an eye. Whether it's unexpected weather, family illness, or lack of childcare; we've been there! We simply ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any request to reschedule if possible. Your remaining balance is due upon the original session date. Specific details requiring terms of cancellation can be found in your contract.
